Manage implementation projects for Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and strategic client relationships while coordinating with stakeholders and driving adoption of the Way platform.

Own and grow enterprise hotel accounts by driving product adoption with strategic success plans, monitoring account health and usage data, leading executive QBRs, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining account documentation/CRM, and navigating complex organizational decision structures to deliver measurable value and identify growth opportunities.

Provide email and chat support to Way clients, diagnose and resolve platform, integration, and CSS issues, escalate to Product/Engineering as needed, maintain support documentation and KCS resources, use AI support tools to speed diagnostics, and coordinate with Customer Success.
