Develop talent acceleration programs, synthesize talent data into executive insights, partner with leaders and HR teams, and govern processes to strengthen leadership bench and reduce time-to-ready.

Lead overnight shift operations, support customer interactions, oversee associates, enforce safety and store policies, manage inventory, vendor check-ins, and cash handling to ensure efficient food and beverage service.

Lead design, implementation and administration of enterprise compensation programs (base pay, bonus, long-term incentives) for store and corporate employees. Partner with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal and Store Operations on strategy, budgeting, executive compensation, communications, vendor management, and compliance. Manage the Compensation team, deliver complex pay analyses and models, and drive change management and associate engagement around total rewards.
