Manage partner payments and escalations, interpret user data and Sigma charts, perform collections, forecasts and reconciliations, communicate and escalate outages/claims to partners and internal teams, write announcements, and support cross-country operations from the Ouagadougou office.

Lead and maintain the finance and accounting function in Malawi: ensure compliance with local financial, legal and regulatory requirements, manage external auditors, oversee finance staff recruitment and development, monitor transactions, implement accounting controls, and advise on tax and product accounting implications.

Manage People Operations and office administration in Kampala: implement HR policies, onboard staff, maintain employee records, process work permits, oversee office operations, supervise office staff, manage budgets and procurements, arrange travel, and plan events.
