Wave Mobile Money Benefits Overview

Provide face-to-face and ticket-based IT support, resolve hardware, workplace technology, networking, telephony, SMS, and connectivity issues, and maintain employee and office equipment. Manage tickets, assets, onboarding and offboarding, vendor coordination, and hardware lifecycle processes. Support data center activities, troubleshoot SIP/VoIP and SMPP systems, maintain service levels, escalate complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and lead small operational improvement projects.

Provide independent end-user, hardware, workplace technology, network, connectivity, telephony, and SMS support in the Ouagadougou office. Manage tickets and SLAs, deploy and track hardware, troubleshoot infrastructure and VoIP/SMPP issues, coordinate vendors, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain documentation, lead small projects, and escalate complex issues while mentoring junior technicians.

Provides IT and network support across Wave offices in Dakar, including internet uptime, troubleshooting, ticket management, onboarding, permissions, hardware, software, servers, and telephony systems. The role monitors SMPP and SIP connectivity, supports system integrations, manages SIM fleets and telecom billing, writes basic SQL reports, coordinates vendors, assists with IT projects, trains users, and improves processes. Weekend and holiday on-call support may be required.
