Lead regional agent network and user growth operations: recruit, contract, train, activate and monitor agents; manage field officers and promoters; ensure KYC/AML compliance, liquidity, risk management, distribution strategy, and operational excellence to drive user acquisition and retention.

Serve as HR business partner for Support call center teams in Mali and Burkina Faso. Drive HR strategy aligned to team OKRs, improve organizational effectiveness, manage performance workflows, attendance, tenure changes, accommodations, recruitment/onboarding/exit processes, policy audits, overtime compliance, and employee engagement/retention initiatives while building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Partner with the Support (call center) team to execute HR strategy, drive organisational effectiveness, manage performance processes, oversee attendance and HR metrics, handle recruitment/onboarding/terminations, manage employee records/accommodations, and implement retention and engagement initiatives to reduce turnover and support day-to-day HR operations.
