Determine eligibility for public assistance programs (FoodShare, Medical Assistance, BadgerCare, Child Care) via a call center in a multi-county consortium. Provide strong customer service, accurately document casework and correspondence, interpret and apply program rules, and assist clients to ensure positive interactions. Position is two-year funded (sunset) and continuation depends on future funding.

Provide support to forensic pathologists and the Medical Examiner Operations Supervisor by assisting with medico-legal autopsies, specimen and evidence handling, documentation, decedent transport, and morgue maintenance. Interact professionally with law enforcement, funeral directors, and grieving individuals. Position is temporary, as-needed with a minimum 16 hours/month and may include weekend/holiday shifts. Pre-employment and post-offer checks and medical testing required.

Provide benefit counseling, information, assistance and advocacy to adults with disabilities. Conduct interviews, assess needs, prepare appeals, represent clients at hearings, maintain records, and coordinate with community resources and legal counsel.
