Interns will assist in therapeutic recreation programs for individuals with disabilities, observe and lead activities, and complete related projects within a community setting.

Assist individuals with disabilities in evening recreational programs, providing leadership and implementing activities in both indoor and outdoor settings.

The Site Coordinator oversees the planning and execution of youth recreational programs, supervises staff, and develops activities that cater to participants' needs.

Coordinates before- and after-school recreation programs for school-age children, supervises youth and staff, supports facility operations, manages registrations and cash handling, maintains records and funding reports, assists with marketing and inventory, communicates with families and the public, and transports participants using District vehicles. The role is on-site, includes food-program compliance, and requires evening, weekend, and holiday work as assigned.

Lead and supervise adults with disabilities in a day program. Plan and implement activities (health, education, art, recreation, training), supervise staff/volunteers, assist with assessments, maintain records, coordinate trips, manage supplies, ensure facility upkeep, and follow park district policies and safety procedures.
