Conduct risk-based internal audits from planning through follow-up, evaluate internal controls, identify operational and financial risks, test control effectiveness, prepare evidence-based reports, and track corrective actions. The role supports enterprise risk management, compliance, process improvement, cost savings, and audit documentation while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Owns regional HRIS processes, system adoption, data governance, reporting, compliance, user support, training, and process improvement across multiple markets. The role maintains employee data accuracy, audits HRIS records, resolves user issues, supports system rollouts and upgrades, standardizes workflows, and partners with HR systems leaders and local HR teams to improve automation and operational efficiency.

Build and deploy data ingestion pipelines, transform raw data into trusted analytics datasets, administer the data warehouse, and implement data quality, security, governance, and scalable analytics infrastructure. The role also supports architecture evolution and leads initial AI initiatives, including internal agents, tools, retrieval-augmented generation workflows, and business-process automation.
