Conducts risk-based internal audits from planning through follow-up, evaluates financial, operational, compliance, and IT controls, identifies risks and potential losses, recommends corrective actions and process improvements, prepares evidence-based audit reports, tracks remediation, supports enterprise risk management, and maintains audit documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Owns regional HRIS planning, configuration, adoption, support, data governance, reporting, compliance, training, and process optimization across multiple markets. The role ensures accurate employee data, harmonized HR workflows, regulatory alignment, timely issue resolution, and effective collaboration with HR systems managers, administrators, and regional HR teams.

Designs and deploys data ingestion pipelines, transforms raw data into trusted analytics datasets, administers the data warehouse, and implements data quality, security, governance, and infrastructure standards. The role also supports scalable data architecture and leads initial AI initiatives, including agents, tools, RAG workflows, and intelligent automation. Requires advanced SQL, Python, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT expertise, with cloud, dbt, streaming, big data, and AI experience preferred.
