The HRIS Specialist manages and optimizes HRIS processes, ensures data integrity, supports compliance with labor laws, and trains HR staff. They also identify improvement opportunities and generate HR reports.

Lead the Aftersales Engineering squad owning architecture, APIs, data models, and integrations for post-sale workflows (swap, repair, claims, returns). Drive quality, pull-request reviews, release sign-off, operational configurability, dashboards, and partner governance. Provide hands-on technical leadership and day-to-day people unblocking for 4–6 engineers, enforce engineering standards, and collaborate closely with Product and Platform teams.

Senior QA Engineer embedded in a squad owning test architecture, automated test suites, performance/load and contract testing, Definition of Done, mentoring QA Engineers, triaging complex failures, and driving chapter-level QA initiatives including AI-assisted tooling.
