Provide empathetic, efficient customer support across channels; investigate root causes, resolve issues, track tickets, and improve processes. Use CRM, automation, AI tools and collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations to enhance knowledge bases and customer journeys.

Lead and develop the B2B CX team, manage outsourced B2C operations, and drive continuous improvement using AI, automation, CRM, and data. Own customer journeys, monitor KPIs (SLA, CSAT, NPS, AHT), build processes, coordinate with Product/Tech/Commercial, and implement data-driven solutions to increase efficiency and quality.

The Process Analyst will enhance operational processes for efficiency, engage with business leaders, and support teams with data analysis.
