Provide empathetic, efficient customer support across channels; investigate root causes, resolve issues, track tickets, and improve processes. Use CRM, automation, AI tools and collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations to enhance knowledge bases and customer journeys.

Design, build, and operate Java and Spring Boot services, APIs, event-driven systems, database integrations, and partner financial integrations. Lead architecture decisions, reliability practices, testing, documentation, code reviews, and technical mentoring. The full-stack track additionally develops Angular and TypeScript features. The role requires production experience with distributed systems, Kafka or RabbitMQ, relational databases, Docker, CI/CD, AWS, security practices, and AI coding tools.

Conducts risk-based internal audits covering financial activities, lending, operations, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management. Identifies control weaknesses, fraud risks, and regulatory breaches; prepares reports for management and the Board Audit Committee; follows up on corrective actions; and coordinates occupational safety, ESG, IT, CBN, and external audits.
