The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales forecasts, onboarding dealers, and motivating a sales team to achieve financial goals through innovative solutions.

Lead Watu Simu product strategy and execution across digital channels and aftersales; optimise onboarding, payments, asset protection and fraud prevention; manage MDM/MIS platforms, drive automation and experiments, oversee Tier 1-3 support, and coordinate partnerships with OEMs, MNOs, wallets, repair and retail partners to improve customer experience and SLAs.

Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll submission, HR policy development, and MIS data accuracy. Oversee facilities, procurement, travel logistics, workplace safety, and document management to ensure efficient operations and compliance.
