Leads regional sales strategy and revenue growth for industrial water products across the North Central territory. Manages manufacturer representative agencies and channel partners, develops engineering specifications, advances project opportunities, maintains forecasts and pipelines, and builds relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users. Provides market intelligence, supports product launches and pricing initiatives, delivers training, resolves customer and channel issues, and travels 50–70% throughout the assigned region.

Develop embedded C++ software for ARM-based Linux controllers used in hydronic heating and water heating products. Responsibilities include implementing UI and control features, integrating industrial communication protocols, debugging on hardware, building firmware with CMake and Yocto, writing unit tests and documentation, supporting Jenkins CI/CD, and collaborating with Controls, Hardware, QA, and Product teams throughout new product development. The role is on-site in Blauvelt, New York, with up to 5% travel.

Leads commercial excellence across China and Southeast Asia by optimizing sales operations, customer service, pricing governance, CRM adoption, performance tracking, and sales processes. Partners with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth. Manages a team of 6–8 direct reports and oversees sales operations, customer service, and after-sales functions.
