Plan and control material deliveries and production schedules to meet customer demand and company targets. Monitor inventory turnover and supplier performance, analyze material consumption and production capacity, release and track work orders, update customer delivery dates, and support continuous improvements in supplier management and on-time delivery.

Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing: troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, improve and validate processes, develop work instructions, fixtures, and tooling, manage engineering changes, support NPI, and lead continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, yield, and productivity.

Design, fabricate, maintain and validate production automation tools and test fixtures for electronics calibration. Support manufacturability, process improvements, documentation, SOPs, pre-production runs, and cross-functional integration with new product teams.
