Reviews and investigates user-generated comments and visual content for violations of community guidelines. The role requires cultural awareness, attention to detail, confidentiality, comfort with sensitive material, technical adaptability, and reliable internet access. This is a remote, part-time contract position, with bilingual English fluency in Hindi, Japanese, or Portuguese preferred but not required.

Designs WEBTOON IP branding and visual assets, including covers, title artwork, logos, and key visuals. Creates performance-driven creative for platform, social, paid media, and marketing campaigns. Collaborates with marketing and product teams, improves designs using performance metrics, and ensures creative resonates across regional and global audiences.

Owns on-platform content curation and programming for WEBTOON series, managing title lifecycles, audience segmentation, editorial pitches, discovery surfaces, and experimentation. Uses readership data to identify growth opportunities, coordinates human curation with recommendation algorithms, and partners with product, data science, engineering, CRM, creative, and international teams to improve reader discovery and retention.
