Manage full project lifecycle for facility and emergency operations projects, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relations, risk mitigation, and performance reporting. Provide consulting to clients and leadership, negotiate contracts and change orders, troubleshoot project issues, and implement process improvements.

Generate new commercial business across Texas and Louisiana for Watterson by prospecting, building relationships, managing pipelines and proposals, coordinating with operations and finance, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Role includes inside/outside sales, account management, market research, and frequent travel.

Manage and deliver the companys safety and QA/QC programs for exterior construction and restoration projects. Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, and emergency response planning. Develop QA/QC plans, lead preconstruction and field reviews, monitor project quality, manage warranty issues, mentor field personnel, and ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and other standards across sites.
