Provide comprehensive adult cardiology care in outpatient setting (4 days/week) with one inpatient weekend per month. Perform history and physicals, order and interpret diagnostics and labs, manage acute and chronic conditions, write medication and treatment orders, perform pacemaker/defibrillator follow-up and preliminary EKG interpretation with physician overread, and document care in the EPIC EMR.

Provide technical support and daily operations for the Laboratory Information System (LIS): manage change control, vendor/project management, design/test/implement system changes, validate LIS billing, train staff, ensure documentation and audit readiness, coordinate cross-department testing and post-production validation, and perform system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Operate radiographic equipment, prepare patients and imaging environment, produce diagnostic X-rays per protocols, practice radiation safety and basic patient care, assist in emergencies, demonstrate competency in at least one specialty (X‑ray). Must follow physician supervision and ALARA principles. Requires ARRT certification, Florida radiology technologist license, and CPR certification.

Prepare and maintain frozen section equipment, process and cut frozen sections, stain and label slides, document specimens, maintain supplies, follow OSHA safety and quality improvement processes, and deliver slides to the Mohs surgeon promptly. Full-time, Mon–Thu schedule.

Performs diagnostic radiographic examinations using x-ray, DEXA, and fluoroscopy equipment. Prepares patients, follows department protocols and radiation safety (ALARA), provides basic patient care and emergency assistance, and practices under physician supervision. Requires competency, positioning skills, and CPR readiness.

Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images, prepare patients and environments, follow radiation safety and infection-control protocols, assist in patient care and emergency codes, comply with center policies, and perform other assigned duties. May require local travel between campuses.

Performs phlebotomy and specimen handling: verify patient ID, draw blood from patients of all ages, label specimens, and enter accurate data into the LIS. Maintains specimen integrity, a clean work environment, adheres to biohazard safety standards, and provides patient assistance and instructions.

Perform breast ultrasound exams and biopsy procedures, serve as a resource to physicians, review outside imaging/records, greet and support patients, communicate results per radiologist, and maintain ultrasound equipment quality control.

Provide pre-op and PACU nursing care for ambulatory surgical patients: perform pre-admission assessments, prepare patients and environment, monitor vitals and EKG, administer meds/IVs, assist with procedures and emergency interventions, document care, and ensure safe discharge and follow-up.

Provide pre-op and post-op nursing care for ambulatory surgical patients: pre-admission assessments, prepare patients and environment, monitor vitals and EKG in PACU, administer medications/IVs, assist physicians with procedures, manage emergencies (CPR, airway, defibrillation), document care, restock and maintain recovery area, and provide discharge instructions and follow-up coordination.

Provide pre-op and post-op nursing care for ambulatory surgical patients including assessments, admissions, medication/IV administration, monitoring in PACU, emergency response, documentation, patient education, and equipment preparation and restocking.

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams using X-ray equipment, prepare patients and environment, follow radiation safety (ALARA), assist in emergencies, apply proper positioning and image processing, maintain competency in at least one specialty (Xray).
