Build and maintain Wati’s iOS and Android mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Own features from technical design through testing, release, and ongoing improvement. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to improve customer engagement and business growth. Use AI coding tools for implementation, debugging, testing, and refactoring while improving performance, reliability, and code quality through testing and reviews.

Manage software and cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. Define scope, milestones, ownership, and plans; coordinate teams, dependencies, risks, resources, and requirement changes; resolve issues; maintain project documentation; provide proactive stakeholder communication; and improve project management processes and tools across multiple time zones.

Build and scale real-time voice AI systems for WhatsApp, including WebRTC and LiveKit media pipelines, AI model integration, ASR-to-LLM-to-TTS cascades, and agent capabilities such as tool calling and context management. Optimize latency, reliability, performance, and scalability across audio transport, inference, and response playback. Collaborate with product and platform teams to deliver production-grade conversational voice experiences.
