Manage client projects from specification through order fulfillment, represent the brand in the Paris showroom, maintain CRM records, prepare quotes and samples, and travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.

Partner with commercial sales teams to manage the full order lifecycle from pre-order through delivery, coordinate internal and external communications, handle samples and inventory transfers, process payments/refunds, track freight, and resolve client issues to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and high client satisfaction.

Manage the full lifecycle of showroom client orders from pre-order through delivery, coordinate communications with internal teams and clients, track order reporting, support sales consultants with quotes and payments, resolve client issues, and assist with showroom operations.
