Manages client orders from pre-order through delivery in a luxury showroom environment. Responsibilities include order entry, quotes, sample requests, payment processing, shipment tracking, reporting, inventory transfers, refunds, and resolving client issues. The role supports showroom sales consultants, coordinates with internal teams and customers, ensures order accuracy and timely delivery, and provides a high-quality customer experience.

Supervises Client Support Specialists across San Francisco and Scottsdale showrooms, balancing workloads, coaching staff, managing onboarding, and resolving escalated client issues. Oversees order management, quotes, payments, returns, freight challenges, tickets, and delivery follow-ups while ensuring productivity, service, and response-time standards. Partners with sales, technical support, client services, freight carriers, and warehouse teams to deliver a high-end client experience.

Performs breakdown, outsourced finishing coordination, inspection, customization, reassembly, packaging, and product detail tracking for made-to-order plumbing and hardware products. The role monitors work-in-process inventory, coordinates with finishing vendors, supports supply chain orders, and maintains quality standards. Requires light manufacturing experience, strong hand-eye coordination, data-entry skills, and the ability to lift heavy products and work at heights.
