Own and grow post-sale commercial relationships for enterprise customers: onboard, drive adoption, renewals and expansion. Build renewal playbooks, inform product/packaging strategy, educate customers on climate and decarbonization, and help scale the sales team.

Lead a global sustainability data advisory team (>30 FTE) to deliver carbon accounting advisory, emissions verification support, and data/methodology optimization. Set strategy, drive operational excellence, develop managers, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale services and customer impact.

The GTM Enablement Manager will enhance sales performance by implementing training, coaching, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role requires relevant experience in sales enablement within B2B SaaS environments and involves cross-functional collaboration.
