As a Software Engineer at Watershed, you will build robust systems, manage integrations, and work across the full stack to meet customer needs while contributing to the enterprise sustainability platform.

Own retention and renewal forecasting, build and manage customer decarbonization portfolios, lead procurement and fulfillment, quantify and showcase customer value, translate field insights into product feedback, scale operations and manage 1-2 operations staff, and develop domain expertise in renewable energy and carbon removals.
