Sell Watershed’s enterprise sustainability SaaS platform to large companies across Northern Europe. Own the full sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting through contract signature, develop new territories and market segments, shape go-to-market playbooks, provide customer feedback to product teams, and educate prospects on climate strategy, carbon reduction, clean energy, carbon removal, and supply-chain decarbonization. The role also contributes to building the sales team and company culture.

Advise major companies on corporate sustainability programs, including decarbonization, climate target setting, environmental impact management, and regulatory reporting. Translate emerging frameworks and regulations into actionable guidance, support sustainability product and service development, and contribute to thought leadership. The role requires independently leading strategic client engagements, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping shape Watershed’s sustainability platform and market perspective.

Leads and scales Watershed’s globally distributed Solutions organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role owns team hiring, coaching, structure, processes, and performance while partnering with Sales, Product, Security, and Customer leadership. Responsibilities include improving win rates, proof-of-concept success, attach rates, and quota attainment; optimizing the B2B SaaS sales motion; supporting executive customer engagements; and representing Watershed across global markets.
