The Portfolio Associate will support grantmaking efforts by sourcing, evaluating, and advancing investment opportunities in School Success, focusing on enhancing student outcomes in literacy and math. Responsibilities include conducting research, managing portfolio operations, and building relationships with grantees and partners.

The Chief Strategy Officer will design and execute strategy for ACCS, lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment across departments. Responsibilities include strategic planning, performance management, and overseeing operational systems while supporting educational advocacy.

The Policy Director will lead policy development and legislative engagement for ACCS, overseeing strategy, coalition alignment, communication and advocacy to advance charter education in Connecticut.
