Lead ACCS communications and media strategy to build public support for charter schools. Develop messaging, manage media relations and crisis response, produce content and campaign materials, support legislative advocacy, and oversee communications metrics, vendors, and internal alignment.

Lead statewide civic engagement and mobilization through C4 (EmpowerCT): build and activate networks, run field and digital programs, oversee candidate training, manage campaign operations, ensure C4/501(c)(3) compliance, and lead a small team to meet measurable engagement and turnout goals.

Lead regional community engagement and manage East Hartford center operations. Develop and run programs (ESL, financial literacy, civic engagement, cultural events), build partnerships and coalitions, organize advocacy campaigns for equitable education and charter school support, oversee outreach and bilingual communications, supervise one Assistant Coordinator, and coordinate statewide initiatives with evening, weekend, and regular in-state travel as needed.
