Manage consolidated financial close and reporting for a global multi-entity nonprofit: prepare and review journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, perform intercompany eliminations and revenue reconciliations, manage bank and payment settlements, support audits, and drive process and system improvements.

Develop donor grant budgets, manage revenue and expense allocations, oversee grant reporting and compliance, support audits, and partner with fundraising, FP&A, accounting, and global program teams. The role also improves financial workflows, data integrity, and grant portfolio systems using financial technology and AI tools.

Manage Water.org’s global compliance programs across legal entities and countries, including corporate governance, entity registrations, data privacy, data subject requests, third-party due diligence, OFAC sanctions screening, and anti-bribery compliance. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, and regional teams to mature processes, document controls, and embed ethical compliance practices across the organization.

Lead a high-impact Philippines portfolio to grow strategic partnerships with banks, regulators, and institutional partners. Set portfolio strategy, drive business development, monitor performance and reporting, resolve delivery issues, and lead a team to scale partnership solutions that advance financial inclusion and infrastructure financing.
