Provides part-time administrative and operational HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee records, training, benefits, payroll, workers’ compensation, compliance reporting, and HR documentation. Coordinates interviews and training, communicates with applicants and employees, maintains confidential records, processes background screenings and claims, reconciles benefits billing, and supports HR projects. The role offers cross-training and progressively expanding responsibility across Human Resources functions.

Provide paraprofessional instructional support and supervision for K–8 students in classroom and play settings, assist small-group learning, perform clerical and routine instructional tasks, support ELL/special needs as assigned, maintain a safe, positive environment, and follow school policies and faith-based expectations.

Lead creative vision and brand standards across print, digital, environmental, and promotional channels. Supervise a Graphic Designer, manage vendors and production, contribute to high‑priority design work, maintain asset systems, and ensure consistent visual storytelling for ministry initiatives.
