Own end-to-end production planning for a large manufacturing site, including scheduling, capacity and inventory management, material flow, and Intermodal integration. Develop schedules, negotiate lead times, monitor execution, drive root-cause problem solving, and lead cross-functional planning improvements to meet customer demand and optimize plant operations.

Fabricate steel and metal parts per work orders and blueprints. Operate press brake, shear, and portable shear; set up and adjust machines; lift and position workpieces by hand or hoist/crane; inspect dimensions and verify tolerances; use basic CNC controls; follow EHS requirements in a fast-paced production environment.
