Teams at Waste Solution Services (WSS)

Own a portfolio of multifamily and commercial client accounts in a waste brokerage environment. Serve as the primary client contact, manage account health, identify retention and growth opportunities, and resolve service issues end-to-end. Coordinate internal teams and vendors, address missed pickups and operational breakdowns, maintain documentation, and provide timely client updates while driving accountability and service efficiency.

Supports the company’s day-to-day legal and administrative needs, including drafting and redlining routine agreements, contract administration, legal document management, corporate filings, research, and coordination with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. The role also manages legal request intake, maintains records and deadlines, improves legal operations processes, and provides confidential support to company leadership.

The role supports leadership and internal teams across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations while handling confidential matters independently.
