Manage and support outside sales reps in the Dallas district by developing local sales strategies, executing price-increase initiatives, training on CRM (ARES), approving commissions, and coaching for career advancement to drive organic growth and retention.

Prospect and secure new business while maintaining existing accounts using consultative selling. Cold call, develop prospect lists, enter CRM intelligence, meet monthly sales goals, provide excellent customer service and retention, and travel/drive frequently to customer sites.

The Outside Sales Representative sells waste removal and recycling services, prepares bids, interacts with customers, and documents requests.
