Lead mechanical design, development, validation, and manufacturing support for e-beam systems. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive NPD from concept to production, manage CAD, documentation, revision control, root-cause analysis, and implement standards and SOPs to improve manufacturability, reliability, and cost.

Support design, documentation, assembly, testing, and continuous improvement of electron beam machine electrical and control systems. Create and standardize schematics, wire lists, manufacturing work instructions, and documentation; assist with PLC evaluation, Opto22/Allen Bradley consultant support, and electrical testing.
