Manage pre- and post-award sponsored project activities: prepare and submit proposals, ensure compliance with sponsor/university guidelines, track awards, manage budgets and reports, coordinate with SPA/OSRS, and support PIs with grant-related documentation and closeouts.

Develop, maintain, and release XNAT-based medical imaging informatics solutions for research and clinical use. Implement core XNAT functionality, DICOM workflows, data pipelines, and integrations (JupyterHub, data lake). Own end-to-end release management, triage and resolve defects, contribute upstream to open-source XNAT, mentor junior engineers, write tests and documentation, and coordinate deployments and upgrades in production research and clinical environments.

Serve as the Dean's principal deputy and strategic advisor for the School of Law, representing the Dean, leading high-level communications, managing cross-functional initiatives, overseeing governance and budget priorities, coordinating leadership councils, and ensuring follow-through on Dean-level decisions and escalations.
