Answer patient and payer billing inquiries, obtain insurance/referral information, schedule and register patients by phone/email, manage reminders and scheduling templates, and coordinate with clinical staff to process referrals and resolve moderately complex billing/scheduling issues.

Manage pre- and post-award sponsored research lifecycle for psychiatry faculty: prepare and submit complex proposals, manage budgets and subawards, ensure regulatory compliance, produce financial reports, coordinate with SPA/OSRS, close out awards, and serve as liaison to PIs and leadership. Support ARPA-H, DOD, DOE and other federal proposals and troubleshoot fund/profile issues.

Provide build and support for Epic and other clinical applications: configure, document, test, modify, and maintain software; investigate and resolve incidents; assist with test design and user feedback; collaborate with clinical and technology teams. May participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
