Perform advanced crime and intelligence analysis, manage crime data lifecycles, develop and maintain databases, produce reports/charts/maps, support Clery Act compliance and interagency intelligence sharing, and generate leads from digital surveillance to aid police operations.

Lead strategy and operations for employee benefits across health, retirement, leave, and voluntary programs. Oversee a 15-person team, vendor management, compliance (ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/COBRA), budgeting, analytics, communications, and governance. Serve as senior advisor, drive benefit design and implementation, and ensure high-quality service delivery and workforce engagement.

Own and deliver assigned data products: gather requirements, design data models, build dashboards/reports, define data quality rules, run QA/UAT, mentor junior analysts, and partner with data engineering and governance to enable analytics and process improvements.
