Teams at Washington Trust Bank

Supports Relationship Managers by analyzing commercial borrowers and prospects, evaluating credit risk, preparing credit authorizations, spreading financial statements, developing projections and financial models, and completing credit administration, compliance, and documentation tasks. Reviews business financial reports, prepares borrower presentations, monitors problem loans, and assists with related department projects.

Lead advanced accounting, regulatory and tax analyses, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial and regulatory reports, manage SOX/FDICIA internal controls, support audits and regulatory exams, and guide accounting policy and system enhancements for the corporate group.

Provides paralegal, legal operations, and administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal Department. Responsibilities include commercial loan documentation, lending transactions, subpoenas, registered agent matters, insurance administration, outside counsel management, contract review, legal technology implementation, process improvement, matter tracking, billing, reporting, and administration of the Bank’s Medallion Signature Guarantee Program.
