Manage and grow a book of commercial clients by delivering credit, deposit, investment, and trust solutions. Prospect and develop new business, generate referrals, and meet sales goals while maintaining asset quality, compliance, and strong client relationships. Provide advisory service and coordinate internal product specialists to meet client needs.

Lead advanced accounting, regulatory and tax analyses, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial and regulatory reports, manage SOX/FDICIA internal controls, support audits and regulatory exams, and guide accounting policy and system enhancements for the corporate group.

Lead and perform IT and operational audits across the bank, design audit programs, conduct fieldwork, prepare workpapers and reports, present findings to management and Audit Committee, assist regulators and external auditors, perform risk assessments, and mentor junior auditors to strengthen controls and regulatory compliance.
