The Senior Data Analyst analyzes healthcare discharge, quality, and financial data; gathers requirements; structures and queries data; and develops Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations. The role validates data integrity, integrates statistical analysis, researches healthcare trends, enhances Snowflake data structures, supports dashboard users, trains stakeholders, and provides actionable insights to hospitals and association leadership. It also includes technical troubleshooting, project reviews, member engagement, and advising other analysts.
