Coordinates marketing and communications initiatives across email, social media, community outreach, advertising, and event promotion. Manages email and organic social media calendars, drafts and schedules content, monitors engagement, supports reporting, and develops campaign copy. Provides project coordination through Monday.com, maintains shared files, assists with administrative tasks and presentations, and collaborates with internal departments and community partners. The role requires occasional evening and weekend work and follows a hybrid schedule with at least three office days weekly.
