Teams at Washington National Cathedral

Leads prospect development and fundraising operations, including prospect research, wealth screening, portfolio analysis, moves management, pipeline development, CRM data integrity, reporting, and research briefings. Partners with development leadership and major gift officers to develop donor cultivation and solicitation strategies, trains staff on Raiser's Edge, monitors prospect engagement, supports forecasting, and improves prospect management processes. The role requires seven or more years of fundraising operations experience and hybrid work with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
