Temporary summer internship supporting WMATA's Rail Modernization Team and broader transit functions. Interns analyze data, prepare technical and administrative reports, create presentations and project plans, review reports, research information, participate in meetings and training, and support assigned departmental initiatives. College cybersecurity intern gaining hands-on exposure to governance, risk and compliance, application security, vulnerability management, and IT/OT endpoint protection. Duties include analyzing data, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, supporting remediation efforts, attending training and meetings, and contributing to departmental projects. The 13-week summer assignment is designed for students entering their sophomore year and provides supervised experience across transit-related functions.
