Teams at Washington and Lee University

Creates branded digital and print visual content for university audiences, including web graphics, social media assets, email templates, presentations, brochures, invitations, maps, banners, and publications. Collaborates with campus partners, maintains brand guidelines and project databases, prepares files for production, manages vendors, performs photo editing, and researches design tools and trends.

Leads the strategy, architecture, delivery, security, and continuous improvement of the university’s enterprise systems, integrations, and technology solutions. Manages the Enterprise Solutions team, oversees Workday and other core applications, supports data governance, manages vendors and project portfolios, and partners with university stakeholders on technology-enabled change, digital transformation, and application modernization.

Manages Alumni Engagement office operations, facilities coordination, supplies, expenses, budgets, student staff, volunteer programs, event logistics, records, calendars, and standard operating procedures. Leads planning and on-site execution for select alumni events, supports reunions and regional programs, coordinates travel and communications, maintains Slate CRM records, and provides operational support to alumni relationship-building activities. Requires occasional evening and weekend event work and regional travel.
