Wasatch Peaks Ranch

Wasatch Peaks Ranch is developing a private mountain resort community in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains, north of Salt Lake City. The 12,000-acre project includes 3,000 acres of private ski terrain, a Tom Fazio-designed private golf course, and 460 homes and homesites planned through a 10–15-year, multi-phase buildout. It is intended to provide an exclusive club setting centered on skiing, golf, residences, and related amenities.
