Develops and maintains quality and manufacturing processes for precision CNC-machined components. Responsibilities include inspection planning, FAI and PPAP documentation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, SPC and process capability improvement, ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance, operator training, CNC process optimization, NPI support, supplier quality resolution, and continuous improvement. The role is onsite in Muskegon, Michigan, with up to 5% travel.

Provide on-site administration for physical and virtual Linux and Windows servers supporting USAMRIID. Install, upgrade, patch, harden, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, applications, permissions, printer queues, VMware environments, and Veeam backups. Support network connectivity issues, Active Directory accounts and groups, and DoD Enterprise Email users. Maintain high availability and provide on-call support. An active Secret clearance, Security+ certification, and at least five years of experience are required.

Leads technical execution of propulsion and power-systems projects from concept through production release. Owns technical scope, design reviews, engineering analyses, testing, risk resolution, documentation, and customer communication. Coordinates with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and program management to ensure designs are producible and delivered on schedule. Supports cost estimating, scheduling, proposals, root-cause investigations, and compliance with customer, government, ITAR, and EAR requirements.
