Develop and test ad concepts, hooks, VSLs, and offers; collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, editors, and brand to iterate quickly; build high-volume production systems; and leverage UGC/testimonials to improve CTR, conversion, and ROAS through data-driven creative testing.

Lead and scale WarriorBabe's brand, media, community, affiliate, and commerce systems. Build brand architecture, talent and ambassador programs, a long-form YouTube strategy, a high-volume affiliate/TikTok Shop engine, repeatable product drop playbooks, and a community/events model. Hire and run a small brand department and deliver measurable audience-to-revenue outcomes (VIP client growth, affiliate-driven revenue, and large-scale product drops).

Convert qualified prospects into high-ticket VIP clients via 45-minute Zoom consultations. Manage a high-volume pipeline in HubSpot, meet sales KPIs, handle enrollment and payments, perform follow-up, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams in a fully remote, high-performance environment.

Own end-to-end call funnel strategy and execution: design funnels (VSL opt-in, webinar-to-call, direct-to-application), lead creative and copy, and run media buying. Full ownership of performance and iteration; expected to drive results and scale.
