Lead campus grounds and landscaping using ecological design; manage turf, hardscapes, seasonal cleanup, inclement weather response, preventive maintenance, budgets, and sustainability initiatives. Supervise, train, schedule, and mentor a student crew (30–40), integrate work with academic learning, and coordinate with Facilities, Public Safety, and other stakeholders.

Lead campus risk management, emergency response, and public safety programs. Develop policies, training, claims oversight, incident investigations, and coordinate with insurers, campus constituencies, and external agencies. Supervise public safety staff and chair safety and emergency response committees.

The Director of Financial Aid oversees financial aid operations, ensuring compliance and support for enrollment and retention goals, while managing a team and maintaining service quality.
