Own and build Warren’s disability and death claims function from the ground up. Responsibilities include claim intake, member communication, coverage assessment, medical coordination, benefit payment calculations, renewals, case follow-up, process design, regulatory compliance, and automation improvements. The role partners with members, beneficiaries, an external medical adviser, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance in a regulated pension environment.

Own customer success from onboarding through value realization and support. Run kickoff, onboarding, and recurring customer meetings; monitor adoption, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively engage customers. Help build scalable customer success processes, journeys, and assets while collaborating cross-functionally to drive advocacy. Support renewals and expansion with Sales, using automation and AI to improve operational efficiency.

Lead strategy, governance, operations and regulatory compliance for Warren Pension Fund OFP. Oversee fund administration, treasury, investments, risk and stakeholder engagement; act as product owner for the admin portal and represent the fund to regulators and the Board.
