Own participant administration and contribution reconciliation for a regulated pension fund and handle company operations (invoicing, vendor management). Maintain dashboards, liaise with custodians/actuaries/regulators, document and map processes, identify automation and AI-native tool opportunities, implement operational tools, and continuously improve processes to ensure compliance and scalability.

Lead strategy, governance, operations and regulatory compliance for Warren Pension Fund OFP. Oversee fund administration, treasury, investments, risk and stakeholder engagement; act as product owner for the admin portal and represent the fund to regulators and the Board.

Manage full B2B sales cycle for Warren's pension and benefits offerings: run discovery calls, lead demos, build proposals, close deals, maintain pipeline/CRM, collaborate with SDR and marketing, and feed product/GTM insights back into the business.
