Assist with taproom management while serving and bartending in a high-volume brewery and smokery. Lead staff, maintain service and food presentation standards, promote menu pairings, handle opening and closing, conduct safety checks, supervise employees, reconcile cash and sales, support revenue targets, use hospitality technology, and analyze sales trends to improve scheduling and promotions. Serve as acting FOH Manager when needed while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Manage daily taproom and front-of-house operations, lead hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, cost control, cash handling, compliance, and guest recovery. Work hands-on bartender or server shifts, support events and promotions, resolve customer and staff issues, and maintain high hospitality standards in a high-volume brewery and smokery environment.

Manage daily taproom and front-of-house operations, lead staff hiring, training, scheduling, and service execution, and work as a bartender or server during active shifts. Oversee guest experiences, inventory, vendors, events, POS compliance, cash handling, cost control, sanitation, alcohol regulations, and issue resolution while supporting a positive, efficient workplace.
