Lead sourcing, pitching, and securing artist partnerships for WMX. Build relationships with artists, managers, attorneys, and label A&R; develop creative and commercial strategies; lead pitch conversations and materials; support deal negotiations and renewals with legal and finance; collaborate with brand, creative, marketing, and operations teams; monitor industry trends and competitive opportunities.

Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and corporate general ledger accounting. Oversee reconciliations, intercompany, consolidations, fixed assets, SOX compliance, audits, S/4-to-HFM mappings, BlackLine administration, reporting and analytics. Coach and develop senior accountants and offshore teams, document SOPs, drive process improvements, and support ad-hoc projects and corporate reporting requirements.

Lead and manage U.S. tax compliance and reporting, oversee global tax provision calculations, and provide strategic tax advisory services while mentoring team members.
