Leads global Order to Cash finance transformation, defining standardized processes across customer master data, credit, billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, dispute management, and revenue recognition. Oversees SAP configuration, testing, issue resolution, process governance, documentation, training, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Partners with IT, tax, sales, licensing, supply chain, and regional teams to implement scalable OTC processes and continuous improvements.

Leads end-to-end revenue accounting for recorded music, including ASC 606 recognition, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, month-end close, audit support, and SOX controls. The role analyzes high-volume data across digital, physical, licensing, and royalty revenue streams; improves SAP, BlackLine, and proprietary financial systems; automates reporting and journal entries; resolves clearing-account issues; and reviews shared-service work while training accounting teams.
