Directs clinical nursing operations at a skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness. Leads, mentors, and develops nursing staff; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams; conducts audits; monitors quality indicators; and implements process improvements. The role requires an unrestricted Virginia RN license, nursing leadership experience, and strong organizational, analytical, and compliance skills.

Assists the Director of Life Enrichment in planning and implementing resident activities and events. Documents participation and incidents accurately, follows facility policies, attends required training, and treats residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with dignity. The role requires teamwork, independent work, and availability for some weekends and holidays.

Direct nursing operations and clinical leadership for a level I assisted living community. The role requires supporting residents and families, leading and communicating with staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring quality care. Candidates need a valid Virginia RN license, relevant senior living or critical care experience, and UAI and ISP certification or willingness to obtain it.

Provides home health physical therapy interventions under an evaluating therapist’s plan of care. Communicates with patients, families, physicians, therapists, and support staff; completes accurate documentation; and identifies and triages medical emergencies. The role is PRN, serving multiple Virginia counties, with mileage reimbursement.

Provides compassionate, person-centered nursing care to elderly residents at a long-term care health center. The role works three 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend, and requires a valid Virginia RN license. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
