Lead feature lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize solutions, and mobilize digital product and technology teams to deliver efficient operations and improved customer experiences.

Lead development of dynamic financial models and Gross Margin reporting, partner with department leaders on budgeting and actuals, produce FP&A reporting and investor/board materials, support quarterly earnings and special cross-functional projects, and present insights to leadership.

Leads product development and strategic sourcing for frames, packaging, and accessories. Manages factory and vendor relationships, product lifecycles, development calendars, purchasing, forecasting, capacity planning, negotiations, onboarding, compliance, and vendor performance reporting. Partners with designers and cross-functional teams to optimize cost, quality, adoption, and lead times while managing international suppliers and complex dependencies.
