Manage a new Warby Parker optical store team while providing expert eyewear consultations, measurements, fitting, adjustments, and quality checks. Lead and develop opticians, maintain service and optical standards, support staffing and apprentice programs, explain prescriptions and products, and oversee inventory systems and store operations.

Supervise optical and retail store operations for a new Warby Parker location. Support customers with eyewear selection, measurements, fitting, adjustments, prescription explanations, and quality checks. Serve as a keyholder, help open and close the store, maintain inventory and business systems, drive sales and service standards, and mentor opticians and retail advisors. Foster a positive, productive team culture while ensuring operational procedures are followed.

Provide comprehensive eye exams, accurately measure and diagnose ocular conditions, explain eye health and prescriptions, and educate patients about eyewear. Represent Warby Parker’s vision-care brand while delivering patient-focused service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role requires a state-licensed Doctor of Optometry who is innovative, business-minded, comfortable with technology, and committed to excellent patient outcomes.
