Supervise optical and retail store operations, support customers with eyewear selection, measurements, fitting, adjustments, and prescription explanations. Lead and mentor opticians and retail advisors, maintain inventory and business systems, uphold service standards, support opening and closing procedures, and help drive sales and a positive team culture.

Manage and develop a retail store team of 8–10 employees while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, troubleshooting the point-of-sale system, improving store processes, managing schedules, opening and closing the store, leading team meetings, supporting performance reviews, and assisting with onboarding and training. The role also promotes Warby Parker’s values, drives sales performance, and cultivates an inclusive service-focused workplace.

Supervise retail sales-floor activities and front-of-house operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead selling, team touch-bases, store opening and closing, product education, style advice, and inclusive customer service when a manager is absent. Contribute to process improvements and special projects while representing Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy.
