Hands-on Dynamics 365 developer to support and enhance a live Dataverse/CRM platform. Responsibilities include configuring workflows and data models, building plugins, APIs and integrations, troubleshooting data flows, improving stability and performance, and partnering with product, data, and integration teams to deliver business value.

Design and own interaction and UX for features, map user flows and error states, apply inclusive (WCAG) patterns, build prototypes (Figma/Framer/Bolt), design responsive interfaces aligned to design systems, run user research and testing, and document interactions for development.

Develop and deliver backend features and services using C#/.NET and Azure. Collaborate in cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture, mentor juniors, improve processes, and optimise performance using profiling tools while following CI/CD and secure coding practices.
