Design and deliver end-to-end web applications using React frontends and scalable .NET backends. Lead architectural delivery, peer reviews, application security, testing strategies, client communication, and sustainable feature delivery. Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to engineering practice growth within a digital technology consultancy.

Owns interaction and user experience design for features and smaller projects, mapping user flows, edge cases, and error states. Creates accessible, responsive interfaces, prototypes, and design documentation aligned with design systems. Plans and evaluates user research and usability testing, collaborates with developers and multidisciplinary stakeholders, and supports evidence-based improvements across digital products and services.

Designs and executes functional and non-functional tests, assesses change risk, builds and maintains automated regression frameworks, and integrates testing into CI pipelines. Investigates issues using logs and dashboards, communicates QA findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, improves testing processes, manages QA tasks independently, and supports onboarding. Requires experience with automation, Agile and SDLC practices, test planning, defect management, and functional, performance, security, and accessibility testing.
