Lead quality assurance strategy across multiple squads, establish automation frameworks and quality gates, define non-functional and observability standards, lead QA workstreams, advise stakeholders on quality-versus-speed trade-offs, and mentor QA engineers. The role also involves representing QA in client and governance forums, researching emerging testing practices, and improving organizational quality standards.

Supports employees throughout onboarding and offboarding, maintains accurate HRIS data, responds to policy and leave queries, coordinates engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and improves people processes through automation and AI tools. The role also supports HR reporting, confidentiality, GDPR compliance, and a collaborative workplace culture.
