Manage the company’s visual identity by planning and coordinating photography and video shoots, organizing digital assets, editing and approving content, and overseeing creative vendors. Produce visual materials for websites, social media, advertising, presentations, and marketing campaigns while maintaining brand standards. Support media coverage of events and executives, monitor public image, and identify opportunities to improve visual representation. The role is remote with travel required for shoots and company activities.

Supports procurement, supplier sourcing, purchasing, negotiation, purchase-order tracking, inventory management, replenishment, and delivery coordination. The role maintains procurement records, resolves supplier issues, coordinates vehicle and goods inspections, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and collaborates with finance, logistics, and management. It is remote but requires travel for vehicle sourcing, inspections, supplier meetings, auctions, and related business activities.

Provide comprehensive administrative, business, and personal support to an executive. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, communications, research, reports, presentations, records, scheduling, follow-ups, confidential information, personal errands, and support for automotive operations such as vehicle sourcing, sales coordination, and customer communication.
