As a User Operations Associate, you'll help onboard clients, manage financial operations, analyze user outcomes, and contribute to product strategy. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams.

Responsible for identifying prospects, managing sales cycles, achieving sales goals, and collaborating with teams to refine sales strategies. Requires strong sales skills and network-building capabilities.

Sell Walrus DoubleCheck to new enterprise and mid-market customers. Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close deals end-to-end. Build proposals, case studies, and executive presentations. Collaborate with founding team, iterate on sales playbooks, attend in-person events, and help scale repeatable sales motions while meeting quota and contributing to growth and strategy.
