Owner of a portfolio of large regulated Partner accounts, responsible for revenue expansion, account strategy, and technical growth interventions. Combine account leadership, hands-on engineering (SQL, Python/Node, JS/TS, Vue/React), experimentation (A/B testing), and cross-functional collaboration to diagnose performance, build and ship fixes, and codify repeatable growth playbooks.

Partner with the COO and CPO on corporate strategy, market and partner decisions, pricing, enterprise deal business cases, and execution follow-through. Build executive, investor, and board materials; maintain strategic roadmaps and decision records; support enterprise sales infrastructure; and design AI agents, workflows, and automations using the company’s technology stack. The role operates across Canada and the US in regulated financial services and requires strong financial modeling, commercial judgment, written communication, and AI-building expertise.
