Leads façade design and delivery across construction projects, coordinating design teams, subcontractors, clients, procurement, testing, installation, quality assurance, safety, budgets, variations, and handover. The role manages technical and commercial risks, ensures regulatory compliance, supports site teams, resolves technical issues, and mentors junior façade staff.

Provides technical support to site teams, oversees façade systems and interfaces, promotes safe working practices, and mentors junior staff.

The Planner prepares pre-tender, tender, and post-tender documentation, including critical path programmes, execution plans, flow charts, labour histograms, schedules, and progress reports. They develop and maintain construction programmes, integrate subcontractor schedules, prepare look-ahead plans, analyze progress, and provide planning-system training and technical support. The role requires collaboration with site management and multidisciplinary teams, along with strong organizational, analytical, communication, and software skills.
