Drive advertising revenue through yield strategy, inventory management, floor-price and auction optimization, demand-partner relationships, revenue forecasting, and programmatic troubleshooting. Manage SSPs, ad networks, buyers, agencies, and new demand sources while evaluating auction efficiency and advertiser quality. Collaborate with sales, product, and ad technology teams on pricing, inventory allocation, ad placements, testing, and user experience. The role is Barcelona-based with a hybrid requirement of at least six office days monthly.

Lead Wallapop's experimentation practice: define standards and roadmap, introduce advanced statistical methods (CUPED, sequential testing, quasi-experimental designs), coach product teams on hypothesis and design, build training and playbooks, partner on platform/tooling and exposure logging, and design experiments for search, recommendations, personalization, marketplace dynamics, monetization, and trust & safety.

Lead a cross-functional team to define and execute the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, collaborate with engineering, data science, design and operations, ensure product quality across platforms, analyze market and user feedback, monitor product performance, iterate to improve user experience and drive business growth.

Support month-end close and P&L ownership, perform trend and variance analysis, build dashboards and forecasts, provide ad-hoc financial modeling, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to inform business decisions.

Lead and coach an engineering topic team to deliver high-quality software on predictable schedules. Improve processes, provide vision and feedback, run one-on-ones and performance reviews, support career growth, participate in hiring/onboarding, and foster effective team communication and technical culture.

As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll enhance the ML Platform, support data scientists with tooling for model deployment, ensure engineering best practices, and modernize the stack with new frameworks and tools.
