Designs and analyzes bridges and other transportation structures, preparing calculations, plans, estimates, specifications, and construction documents. Performs NBIS-compliant bridge safety inspections and overweight vehicle permit analyses. Uses structural modeling and analysis software, collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supports quality assurance, and mentors junior engineers. The role may also supervise designers and technicians.

Prepares and reviews civil engineering drawings, studies, reports, 3D site-grading models, design documents, calculations, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates. Coordinates with disciplines and subconsultants, researches property records, performs field inspections and utility or survey-related activities, maintains accurate records, and completes training. The role requires civil engineering or drafting expertise, CADD proficiency, strong communication, and collaboration skills.

Prepares and reviews civil site development drawings, reports, calculations, 3D grading models, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates. Performs CADD drafting, coordinates with project disciplines and subconsultants, researches property records, and supports field inspections, utility locating, traffic counts, and topographic work. Maintains activity records and completes required training.

Provides administrative support for the firm and Construction Management department. Manages administrative team coverage, sub-agreements, company events, announcements, travel arrangements, shipping, letterhead, phone lists, and incoming calls. Collaborates across departments and offices while adapting to shifting priorities and meeting demanding deadlines.

Lead and supervise water resources engineering projects including design, modeling, QA/QC, client coordination, subconsultant management, schedule and budget monitoring, mentoring junior staff, and public presentations for transportation-related and stormwater projects.

Lead proposal development for public and private-sector projects, coordinating kickoffs, schedules, RFP compliance, procurement phases, marketing materials, editing, client interview preparation, and presentations. Maintain resumes and project sheets, support daily marketing operations, and attend pre-proposal meetings, debriefs, and industry conferences as needed. The role requires 1–2 years of A/E industry marketing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Acrobat.
