Support day-to-day operations across customer success, tool and process management, and automation. Help onboard and assist students, maintain CRM workflows (Zapier integrations), communicate clearly, and improve operational processes in a fast-paced remote startup.

On-site Miami internship for students to learn quantitative and algorithmic trading. Responsibilities include market data analysis, building small research tools, testing strategies, executing data-informed trades, monitoring risk, and participating in simulations and reviews while working with traders, researchers, and engineers.

Advise and coach candidates on quant recruiting strategy, source and place candidates at quant trading firms using industry relationships, hold office hours and group coaching, maintain hiring manager relationships, track pipelines, and develop recruiting-focused content to improve placement outcomes.
