Teams at WalkMe

Conduct outbound prospecting and nurture inbound leads to generate new and expansion opportunities. Map target accounts, create strategic outreach plans, research prospects, secure introductory meetings for Account Executives, engage senior executives, qualify and manage pipelines, and promote WalkMe's digital adoption solutions to increase ARR in the assigned territory.

Manage a high-volume book of SaaS customers using playbooks and 1:1 and 1:many programs to drive adoption, measure health, mitigate risk, and enable retention and expansion. Advise on product usage, troubleshoot technically, run scalable programs, iterate playbooks, and align global Scaled CS with local Japan account teams.

Own triage and resolution of demo environment support tickets, collaborate with R&D for root-cause fixes, coordinate with QA to stage and test demo builds, maintain environment stability and documentation, and automate health checks to ensure reliable demos for global go-to-market teams.
