Generate outbound pipeline and book high-value meetings for Account Executives by researching target accounts, engaging prospects via calls, email and social, qualifying opportunities, mapping stakeholders, and conducting strategic conversations in German to expand WalkMe's client base.

The Customer Success Manager will advise Fortune 1000 clients, maximize product adoption, manage client relationships, and promote customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide technical support and act as trusted advisor to WalkMe customers via email, chat, and screen share. Troubleshoot using browser dev tools and logs, meet SLAs, contribute to knowledge base, and support onboarding, project success, and renewals.
