Teams at WalkMe

Develop end-to-end features and systems for WalkMe’s Big Data Platform, build and design distributed services and microservices, establish software development best practices, and introduce innovative technologies. The role supports high-performance data infrastructure, real-time context streaming, AI-ready data layers, dashboards, APIs, and enterprise workflow automation.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python. Lead server-side microservices and micro frontend architecture, make technical decisions, integrate AI and LLM capabilities, and establish engineering standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and improve development workflows through AI-assisted tools, CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.

Build technical credibility and revenue capability across WalkMe’s partner ecosystem. Develop joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and presales methodologies; design demonstrations and proofs of concept; establish technical relationships; enable partner sales and technical teams; and support demand generation activities. The role requires managing multiple partner relationships and traveling up to 50% to partner and customer sites.
