Analyze commercial loan insurance coverage against investor guidelines, review loan documents and reports, evaluate policies and certificates for compliance, process waivers/exceptions, resolve non-compliant issues with borrowers/agents, and coordinate with Production, Underwriting, Closing and consultants to approve coverages.

Lead origination and execution of hotel capital markets transactions across the UK and EMEA. Manage client relationships, underwriting, due diligence, investor outreach, financial modelling, and deal closing. Mentor junior staff, coordinate resources, develop business strategies, and contribute to market thought leadership.

Lead and manage complex internal and external events across the full lifecycle, including logistics, budgets, vendor negotiation, stakeholder coordination, and post-event analysis. Use event and project management tools to track progress, report to the VP, and ensure high-quality attendee experiences for multi-day conferences and company retreats.
