Provide administrative HR support across dealership locations: coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain HRIS and employee files, process I-9s, administer benefits, ensure compliance with employment laws, assist with performance reviews and HR policies, and respond to employee inquiries.

Process accurate bi-weekly payroll, maintain payroll records, reconcile reports, ensure payroll law compliance, prepare tax filings, assist with audits, resolve employee payroll questions, and support payroll system implementation and maintenance. Collaborate with HR and accounting while maintaining confidentiality and addressing discrepancies.

Sell new and used vehicles by building customer relationships, demonstrating vehicles, answering product questions, following up with buyers, handling objections, and meeting Sales Manager objectives.
