Manages intake, confidential case records, communications, supportive measures, accommodations, referrals, hearings, and policy compliance for the Office of Institutional Equity. Coordinates outreach, training, reporting, vendor contracts, invoices, supplies, budgets, and annual reports. Collaborates with university offices and serves as a Maxient database operations team member. The role requires sensitive communication, accurate documentation, data analysis, independent work, and occasional evening or weekend availability.
