Directs health center finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, procurement, contracting, and financial management. Supervises finance and administrative functions, supports strategic planning, and provides financial information and guidance to senior leaders and department managers. The role also assists the CFO with short- and long-term financial planning and oversees operational financial support.

Provides onsite support for designing, implementing, and managing network and server infrastructure. Ensures IT reliability, security, and scalability while administering virtualization platforms, networking services, automation scripts, cabling, and cybersecurity practices. Requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment and may involve Cisco networking, SD-WAN, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Manages and coordinates medical and behavioral health training programs focused on chronic pain management and substance use disorders. Develops and refines curricula, mentors trainees, evaluates program effectiveness, implements quality improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical requirements. Oversees training activities that support the development of competent healthcare professionals.
